More than 4 months before the event: no further payment due
Between 4 months and 2 months before the event: 50% of the remaining balance
Less than 2 months before the event: 100% of the remaining balance
These charges reflect the loss of opportunity to secure alternative bookings and the preparatory work undertaken.

Where possible, we will always try to accommodate a change of date, subject to availability.
Cancellation by ForCelebrations
In the unlikely event we are unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable professional replacement.
If no replacement can be secured, liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid.
5. Live Musicians & Partner Performers
Where live musicians are booked as part of a ForCelebrations package:
ForCelebrations acts as the principal contractor and coordinates the overall entertainment package.
Partner musicians are independent professionals responsible for their own equipment and insurance.
Should a musician become unavailable, we will endeavour to provide a comparable replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued for that performer’s portion of the fee only. The remainder of the agreement shall continue as planned.
6. Timings & Overtime
Performance times are agreed in advance.
We understand that weddings can run slightly behind schedule and will use reasonable flexibility where possible. However, delays caused by catering, speeches, photography, venue access, or other third parties do not automatically extend the agreed finish time.
Additional performance time may be available on the day at our discretion and will be charged at £100 per hour (or part thereof), subject to venue restrictions.
7. Venue & Technical Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring:
Safe and adequate access for setup and pack down
Appropriate performance space
A standard 13-amp power supply within 10 metres
Safe and suitable electrical infrastructure
Parking close to the venue entrance
For outdoor or marquee events, the performance area must be fully weatherproof and safe. We reserve the right to suspend performance if conditions present a risk to safety or equipment.
8. Sound Restrictions & Power
The Client must notify us in advance of any venue sound limiters or volume restrictions.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by venue sound limiters, enforced curfews, or power supply failure. Such interruptions shall not constitute breach of contract.
9. Music Direction & Client Authority
The named Client(s) on this agreement are recognised as the sole decision-makers regarding music and event direction.
Requests from guests, family members, or third parties — including those contributing financially — will not override the agreed wishes of the Client(s).
Where conflicting instructions arise, we reserve the right to follow the agreed plan or refer decisions back to the Client(s).
10. Guest Conduct & Equipment
The Client is responsible for the conduct of guests and attendees.
We reserve the right to suspend or conclude performance if subjected to aggressive, unsafe, or illegal behaviour.
Damage to equipment caused by guests or third parties may be charged to the Client.
11. Hospitality
For events exceeding 5 continuous hours, suitable catering and drinking water should be provided.
For all-day bookings, short breaks may be taken at appropriate moments within the event flow.
12. Photography & Promotional Use
We may capture photographs or video footage for promotional and portfolio purposes, including use on:
Website and social media
Showreels
Wedding fairs and exhibitions
Printed marketing materials
Content is always presented professionally and respectfully.
If the Client prefers that no promotional use is made, this must be requested in writing prior to the event.
Security recording of the performance area may take place and is managed in accordance with UK GDPR.
13. Data Protection
Client information is stored securely and used solely for delivering contracted services and legitimate business purposes.
Data will not be shared except where necessary to fulfil the booking.
14. Liability
We maintain appropriate Public Liability Insurance and professional standards of equipment testing.
We are not liable for:
Acts or omissions of third parties
Venue infrastructure or power issues
Guest injury not caused by our negligence
Total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, national emergencies, or venue closure.
Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.
